Features

  • AirPal TransferPad works by releasing low-pressure air through perforated chambers
  • TransferPad is placed under patient in the same manner as changing a bed sheet
  • Lightweight portable UL approved air supply (purchased separately) attaches to, and inflates TransferPad
  • Patient is transferred on a cushion of air that is as gentle as a cloud
  • Allows two staff members to perform a task which previously required four to eight
  • Available in a variety of sizes, surface materials, and shapes for different applications including "reusable" and "disposable" versions
  • Surface is made with Lectrolite®, the same conductive material used to cover operating room table pads and stretcher pads
  • Application uses are in areas where excess fluids could be encountered such as ER, Trauma, OR, Cardiac Cath Lab and Obstetrics
